We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Qualtrics - Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experience. Responsibilities

  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behaviour and experience.

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business objectives and requirements.

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and measure business success using Tableau. Knowledge of GCP is preferred.

  1. Utilize tools such as Qualtrics to gather and analyse data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations.

  1. Work closely with client teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision making.

  1. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization to enhance customer experience.

  1. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  1. Continuously monitor and evaluate key metrics to ensure business objectives are being met.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor%27s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field

  • Relevant years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a software or technology company.

  • Proficiency in Qualtrics survey design and data analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data sets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to gather requirements and align on business goals.

  • Skilled in managing expectations and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and status meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • The ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage differing priorities and ensure project success.
