Job Description






Location: Bengaluru

Designation: Analyst


2-4+ years of experience in software testing with exposure to AI-based application testing.

Strong knowledge of GenAI testing methodologies including prompt validation, output evaluation, hallucination detection, and bias testing.

Proficiency in UI testing for web applications using manual and automation tools.

Experience in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

Understanding of cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployments.

Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Good To Have:

Experience with AI model evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore, etc.).

Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (AXE, WAVE).

Familiarity with MLOps or AI application lifecycle.
