JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and

Certifications • Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology, computer science or a related field • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP are preferred

Required Experience • 912 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in managing enterprise application development or technology programs • Strong experience managing engineering teams in Agile/DevOps environments

Proven experience working in a product-based organization, with a strong understanding of product engineering principles and lifecycle

Essential skills

Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) • In-depth understanding of distributed systems along with familiarity with generative AI concepts • Demonstrated capability in architecting and delivering scalable, resilient solutions • Aptitude for balancing long-term strategic direction with effective hands-on execution • Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and quality assurance practices • Hands-on experience in managing full stack development teams across modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and robust back-end technologies - Java
