Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models. Partner with business units to understand key drivers, align on assumptions, and deliver insights that drive decision-making. Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast and explain key variances. Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations. Drive financial analysis initiatives for new projects, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and ROI assessments. Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Excel models, ERP, BI tools). Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other departments
