Manager-FP&A CoE

Role Overview: You will be part of the Markets & RI Divisional FP&A team at LSEG, responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis for the LCH SA business. Your role will involve owning key FP&A processes and collaborating with senior finance leaders to ensure high-quality outcomes in Budgeting, Forecasting, Month close, and other areas. You should have a proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and comfortable collaborating across finance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Run key Revenue processes such as Revenue planning, forecasting, and Budgeting, providing insightful business commentary. - Act as a liaison between Business Partner finance teams and Divisional FP&A teams to align on approach and assumptions during Forecast / Budget cycles. - Support adhoc requests for analyzing Sales / Revenue trends by region, business, product, client, etc. - Evaluate the relevance and value of management reports, identifying opportunities for rationalization, automation, or enhancements. - Drive an ambitious agenda for change in the FP&A team and broader finance function. Qualification Required: - Experienced Finance leader with 10+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Finance / FP&A. - Proficient in collaborating and delivering results in a fast-paced, complex global business environment. - Strong commercial mindset, communication skills, analytical approach, and organizational skills. - Experience in financial transformation is an added advantage. - Professional Finance Qualification (e.g., MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) is key.
