Role & responsibilities

• Monitor Fulfillment Centre Quality and process Excellence function Operations and identify improvement
  opportunities.
• Deep dive into key areas (affecting Business metrics) to identify areas of improvement
• Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics.
• To ensure all audits are carried out as per plan.
• Working knowledge of basic sampling schemes & standard, Quality tools, DMAIC methodology.
• Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within the Team and collaborate with stakeholders to drive FC
  QA Objectives.
• Shall actively be involved in Root Cause Analysis of customer complaints and initiating corrective / preventive
  actions through operations.
• To maintain the Quality Audit metrics required to ensure the effectiveness of the new and the old processes.
• To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement.
• Lead ISO activities at FC's from documentation to certification.
• RCA for the Customer escalations and improve the processes basis the root cause identified.
• Ensure the Quality of the products as per the specifications through stringent controls put across the processes
• Work closely with the stakeholders to drive the change management

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in any field; Post Graduation not mandatory
• Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in applying Quality Management principles across Service / Production /  Distribution and Supply Chain industries
• Well versed with concepts, tools and applications of Management Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints etc.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt with project experience
• Certified Lead Auditor for Management Systems (Quality / Environment, Health & Safety / Information Security / Business Continuity etc.)
• Strong Program & Project Management skills
• Adaptability towards change with strong stakeholder management and design thinking skills
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in dynamic and challenging
  environments with fast timelines
• Innovator and Out-of-Box thinker who is willing to go an extra mile
