Position: - Manager Fleet Operations.

Education: - minimum Graduation.

Experience: - 8-12 years in handling fleet operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Procurement of new trailers, and oversee their maintenance.

• Hiring Drivers & Managing them.

• Manage overall truck fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.

• Ensure all statutory compliances & transportation regulations.

• Allocate loads strategically for optimize fleet utilization.

• Collaborate with the business development team to secure new clients and grow operations.

• Manage the P&L of the vertical.

Skills required: - Good negotiation and communication skills with having knowledge about MS Office.
