Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Budgeting - Purchase

1. To perform a key role in complete project planning, budgeting, resource mobilization & deployment

2. Identification of resources required for overall project

3. Monitoring & controlling execution process & strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality system and safety measures

4. Delegation of work to team and ensure smooth functioning at site

5. Ensure daily progress report is submitted on time to Head Office on monthly basis

6. Responsible for overall budget planning and cost control

7. Material reconciliation & labour reconciliation statement

8. Verifying sub-contractors bills, suppliers bills, RA bills & timely release of payments

9. Tracking & minimizing expenses

10. Ensure optimum utilization of available resources and ensure minimum wastages at site

11. Control expenses and maintain cash flow

Coordination

1. Coordination & liaisoning with Govt. authorities for necessary approvals for pre and post project activities

2. Coordination with local suppliers for timely material deliveries at site

3. Coordination with HO teams for necessary support in terms of procurement of materials, finance, for ensuring timely payments of vendors, suppliers, fund transfer etc.

4. Coordination and attending meetings with clients, consultants on progress of projects, solving their queries, making required correspondence with them

Execution

1. Responsible for overall timely execution of project adherence to standards mentioned in tender documents

2. Ensure construction activities as per pre-defined scheduled

3. Defining roles of team members

4. Conducting daily meetings with team members to review progress report of the project and submit the same to Head Office on daily basis

5. Mentor and guide team on day to day basis for proper coordination and execution of the project

6. Define safety plans at site and ensure effective implementation

7. Monitoring & controlling daily execution of the project

8. Preparation of quality assurance / quality control plan for the project and ensure implementation at site

9. Ensure Men, Material & Machinery safety and security at site

10. Responsible for Finishing activities like tiling, plastering, gypsum, coloring, Marble / Kota / Stone fixing on facades

11. Ensure good standard on finishing and quality work for all interior fit-out and finishing work

Preferred candidate profile

• BTech. / BE In Civil Engineering from Reputed College of Engineering
• Total working experience should be minimum 25 years
• Should have experience of minimum 10+ years in handling project independently from start to finishing
• Should have experience in High Rise, Super High Rise Buildings, Malls, Commercial Building etc.
• Should be dynamic, proactive and excellent in time management
• Should have excellent written and verbal communications skills
