Assistant Project Manager

Location : Hyderabad

Your Core Responsibilities

Project Documentation and Compliance:

Review and ensure the contractor possesses correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings and specifications.

Raise Change Requests for any additional or modified scope and meticulously maintain corresponding records.

Vendor and Consultant Management:

Monitor the performance and quality of work delivered by consultants and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).

Drive efficiency, conduct periodic reviews, escalate issues promptly, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

Ensure timely certification of Vendor bills and accurate documentation of Extra Items/Non-Scheduled (NS) items as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Site Execution and Progress:

Drive and report site progress regularly to management, aligning with management requirements.

Take the lead in creating or managing the Right of Way (ROW) for all stakeholders working at the site.

Ensure all works are completed on time, within the agreed timelines, and within budget.

Project Handover: Ensure the seamless Handing Over of completed sites to the Operations/Facility Management (FM) team.

The handover package must be complete as per SOP, including all Handover documents, As-built Drawings, Warranty certificates, Final Bill copies of vendors, and the asset list.

Organizational and Cross-Functional Skills:

Navigate ambiguity and successfully manage multiple assignments simultaneously within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Accept ownership and accountability for cross-functional processes and consistently deliver on commitments. To Succeed in this Role, You Should Demonstrate:
