Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

As an FP&A Manager at our company, your role will be crucial in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing business efficiencies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial recommendations and insights to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units. - Delivering accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership. - Supporting strategic initiatives including optimizations and cost control. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. - Presenting actionable insights to leadership to influence business decisions. - Supporting long-term financial strategy development and business planning. - Participating in strategic planning discussions with executive management. - Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Driving continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis. - Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts. - Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus. - Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting. Additionally, you should have the following soft skills and business acumen: - Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and strong execution mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity. Preferred experience includes exposure to SaaS companies, working in a startup or high-growth environment, involvement in margin improvement or cost optimization initiatives, and experience in driving automation initiatives.,
