Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

As a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at our company in Cochin, your role is crucial in leading the MIS and financial planning processes. Your strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting, combined with a sharp analytical mindset, will be instrumental in handling complex financial data effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth and timely monthly book closure. - Review and analyze the balance sheet and financial performance. - Liaise with multiple departments to gather, validate, and analyze financial data. - Interpret financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. - Lead, guide, and review the work of junior finance team members. **Qualifications & Experience:** - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)/ Commerce graduate. - Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS / FP&A roles or experience in audit firms with exposure to large or complex clients. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and ERP systems. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Experience managing or mentoring a team preferred.
