Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee the financial planning and analysis activities specifically related to Bunge's industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. This position is based in Mohali, Punjab.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for Bunge's industrial operations.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of industrial performance, including cost of goods sold (COGS), manufacturing variances, plant profitability, capital expenditure proposals, and operational efficiency metrics.
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and reports for internal management, providing clear insights into overall company performance, key trends, and variances against plan.
Oversee the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across multiple entities and regions.
Partner with industrial site leadership, supply chain, and other functional teams to understand operational drivers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide insightful variance analysis for both industrial results and consolidated financial performance, explaining deviations from budget/forecast and recommending corrective actions.

Job Requirements

CA with 5-6 years experience in FP&A or MBA with 8 years experience.
Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
