Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
8–12+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, with significant global exposure.Proven experience in global forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives.Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (e.g., ERP, planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.).
