Global FP&A Manager

As the FP&A Manager at Zenoti, you will be based in Hyderabad and report to the SVP Finance, taking charge of financial planning & analysis for the global consolidated businesses. Working closely with accounting, tax, global finance, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product), you will be responsible for various key tasks including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic decision support. In your role, you will lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting cycles, building and maintaining financial models, long-range planning, and scenario analyses. You will consolidate segment-level forecasts into company-wide P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. Producing monthly/quarterly management reports with detailed variance analysis, you will also generate and monitor key business metrics such as bookings, revenue churn, CAC, and LTV. Presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership will be a crucial part of your responsibilities to drive performance. Collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing), product, and operations teams, you will assess ROI on growth initiatives and support product & sales initiatives with financial insights and scenario planning. Your role will also involve driving adoption and improvement of financial systems, identifying automation opportunities, and building dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Sheets. Mentoring junior FP&A team members, reviewing their deliverables, and ensuring best practices and robust controls across FP&A and accounting will be part of your responsibilities. You will support strategic projects such as Corporate Development and Investor Relations initiatives as the company prepares for additional fundraising rounds, IPO, or M&A. Additionally, you will collaborate with the CEO Chief of Staff and COO Chief of Staff on strategic business initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial modeling, ideally at a SaaS company or Big4 / consulting firm. You should have solid expertise in US GAAP to Non-GAAP reporting and reconciliation, consolidation, corporate budgeting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite; FloQast) is essential. Experience in building dashboards or BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio), strong business acumen, strategic-thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines are also required.,
