Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are hiring for the position of Finance & Taxation Manager to lead our accounting and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA or ICWAI with extensive experience in GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting . Key Responsibilities: Manage overall accounts, taxation, and compliance functions. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and internal financial policies . Lead the finalization of accounts , balance sheet preparation, and statutory audits. Handle tax planning, scrutiny cases, and coordination with tax consultants . Monitor day-to-day accounting, receivables/payables, and cost control measures. Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting . Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and present financial performance to management. Guide and supervise junior accountants in routine and advanced accounting tasks. Requirements: CA / ICWAI (Inter or Final) with 510 years of experience. In-depth knowledge of Taxation (Direct & Indirect), GST, and Accounting Standards . Proficient in Tally, MS Excel , and ERP software. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team. Preferably experience in real estate.
