Manager- Finance / Senior Manager Finance

As a Finance Manager at TT Consultants, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing the finance and accounting teams, developing financial strategies aligned with the company's goals, and overseeing financial forecasting processes, budgets, and reporting. You will track the cash flow, ensure adequate funds for operations and growth, and analyze and manage financial risks. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations, including managing finance and accounting teams - Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals - Manage financial forecasting processes, budgets, and financial reporting - Track cash flow, ensure necessary funds for operations and growth - Analyze and manage financial risks - Communicate with stakeholders regarding financial status and investment plans - Ensure compliance with financial regulations - Maintain control over financial transactions and practices - Manage global offices, particularly in the US, EU, and Canada - Oversee adherence to financial regulations in various regions Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills - Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections - Strategic thinking and ability to make sound financial decisions - Operational knowledge related to accounting, finance, and general business practice - Masters degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, preferably an MBA with a specialization in Finance - 2+ years of experience in a finance role with significant experience in financial management responsibilities - In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law (India and Foreign) and risk management practice - Experience in executive leadership roles At TT Consultants, we provide custom IP and innovation support services globally.
