Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As the Manager - Finance Project Management at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. , you will oversee various non-IT and IT-related projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations for IT projects.

Providing support in the annual budgeting process and securing approvals for IT-related initiatives.

Preparing detailed proposals for senior managements review and approval for various projects.

Maintaining and monitoring the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget within SAP, ensuring budget compliance and financial integrity.

Collaborating with sector finance and business teams to validate business case premises effectively.

Managing the investment Management Information System (MIS) for finance projects across the divisions.

Assisting in the development and implementation of standard controls and investment policies across the divisions.

Standardizing processes and leveraging insights from various divisions to improve CapEx management.

Monitoring project budget utilization closely and reporting expected vs actual outcomes to stakeholders.

Experience

Qualifications

Engineer + MBA

General Requirements

Analytical approach with ability to logically deep-dive into topics
Driving insights
Ability to engage with stakeholders across levels / functions across the organization
Multitasking & agility at work

Business understanding and acumen
Good understanding of emerging technologies and ability to co-relate the same with requirements from IT
Preparation of management MIS / reports
Experience in preparation of management dashboard using Power BI / other analytics tools
Functional knowledge of working with SAP
Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
