Manager Finance

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Business Partnering & Strategic Support

• Work closely with Business teams to understand business drivers, challenges, and growth levers. •Provide financial insights to support decision-making related to pricing, cost optimization, and investments. •Conduct variance analysis to highlight areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. •To monitor financial execution of capex proposals and paybacks.

2) Budgeting & Forecasting

• Collaborate with various cost centers and central finance teams to assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts along with variance analysis. •Help monitor adherence to budgets and identify any deviations along with their root causes.

3) Financial Reporting

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

4) Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate and support multiple audits including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, and Tax Audit. •Prepare audit annexures and ensure timely resolution of auditors' queries. •Ensure full compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.

5) MIS Reporting

• Preparing and analyzing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, including trend analysis and variance analysis
