Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ledgers, reconciliations and ensuring timely month-end closing with strong attention to detail.
• Prepares MIS reports, dashboards, business performance summaries & variance analysis using Tally & Excel.
• Manages daily accounting activities on Tally with clean data entry, proper encoding & strong system hygiene.
• Supports budgeting, cashflow planning, forecasting & tracking of actuals versus plan with strong analytical accuracy.
• Coordinates banking and treasury operations including payments, fund transfers, documentation & day-to-day requirements.
• Handles accounts payable and receivable including vendor payments, reconciliations, receivables follow-up and monitoring of the cashflow cycle.
• Conducts cost analysis, profitability tracking, ratio analysis & prepares management summaries for decision-making.
• Strengthens internal controls, improves accounting processes & ensures adherence to company financial policies.
• Collaborates with internal teams & management to provide financial insights & support business performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements & financial controls.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified

  CA

  with

  2 to 5 years

  of experience in Accounting, MIS, Finance & Banking operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Tally, Advanced Excel, MIS dashboards & reconciliations

  .
• Solid understanding of

  financial accounting, budgeting, controls & compliance

  .
• High ownership, discipline, analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, accuracy under deadlines and strong problem-solving mindset.
