Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager Finance and Accounts. The manager will oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and audits. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to tax regulations, maintaining accurate accounting records, analyzing financial performance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The role requires active coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Management, Strategic Planning, and Budgeting
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks
• Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
• Proficient in Shared Services setup and processes such as BPO/KPO environments
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Proficiency with financial software and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, or CMA certification preferred
