Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations Management

Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash receipts, general ledger, and revenue accounting.
Monitor budgeting activities and cash forecasting.
Ensure timely and accurate TDS & GST calculations and filing of returns.
Cross-check entries in various accounting books and financial statements to identify errors and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.

2. Vendor & Customer Coordination

Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payment-related issues.
Maintain smooth communication to ensure timely settlements and strong business relationships.

3. Business Operations & Strategy

Oversee and optimize operating capabilities across departments.
Support and supervise marketing strategies for business growth.
Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through efficient operations.
Work closely with senior management to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Required Candidate Profile

Professional certification:
CA or CWA (mandatory), CS preferred
1215 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business operations.
Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
Proven expertise in accounting processes, financial reporting, and operational management.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
