Manager - Finance & Accounts (Fixed Assets & ATF Accounting)

To manage end-to-end accounting processes related to Fixed Assets and Air Turbine Fuel (ATF), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role includes vendor coordination, audit readiness, tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed Asset Management

• Oversee asset accounting including invoice booking, asset code creation, and contract review
• Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets per company policy
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register, update based on department feedback (e.g., asset location, scrapping, sale)
• Capitalize assets and compute depreciation as per accounting standards
• Ensure monthly closure of books according to financial timelines
• Track capital advances and ensure closure
• Support audit preparedness through schedule creation and resolution of audit points

Air Turbine Fuel (ATF) Accounting

• Manage ATF accounting processes including invoice booking and vendor relationship
• Conduct monthly reconciliation between invoiced ATF quantities and actual upliftment
• Ensure timely vendor payments, including international remittances
• Monitor contract terms to ensure compliance
• Provide regular reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking for ATF operations

Vendor Coordination & Controls

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
• Ensure internal controls are in place and properly documented
• Maintain tax compliance (Direct and Indirect) relevant to fuel and asset purchases

Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare regular MIS and analytics reports for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
• Support strategic decision-making with financial insight
