Your responsibilities will include: - Owned Events Management: - Plan and execute a variety of events such as webinars, podcasts, roundtables, and user conferences. - Collaborate with internal experts and external stakeholders for participation and content curation. - Determine the format and mode for each event to meet objectives. - Oversee end-to-end event logistics from conceptualization to post-event follow-up. - Industry Events Participation: - Identify relevant industry conferences and manage event sponsorships. - Coordinate booth setups, speaking opportunities, and product/service launches. - Strategy and Planning: - Develop a comprehensive events strategy aligned with business goals. - Create event calendars, budgets, and project plans for timely execution. - Track and report on ROI for each event. - Event Promotion: - Create compelling event marketing campaigns to drive attendance. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events effectively. - Post-Event Analysis: - Conduct evaluations to measure event success and gather feedback for improvement. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and demand generation teams for post-event marketing. Qualifications and Experience: - Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Postgraduate. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA or Masters preferred). - 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the technology industry. - Proven success in planning and executing various events. - Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities. - Familiarity with event management software and tools.
