Manager Events

As an Events Manager at QualiZeal, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events to drive engagement and achieve specific objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owned Events Management: - Plan and execute a range of owned events such as webinars, podcasts, roundtables, meetups, and user conferences. - Collaborate with internal experts and external stakeholders for participation and content curation. - Determine the appropriate format for each event to meet objectives and oversee end-to-end logistics. - Industry Events Participation: - Identify relevant industry conferences and manage event sponsorships. - Coordinate booth setups, speaking opportunities, and product launches for QualiZeal's participation. - Strategy and Planning: - Develop a comprehensive events strategy aligned with business goals. - Create event calendars, budgets, and project plans to ensure timely execution. - Track and report on ROI for each event to assess impact on company growth. - Event Promotion: - Create compelling event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage various channels for effective event promotion. - Post-Event Analysis: - Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for post-event marketing strategies. Qualifications and Experience: - 5 to 10 years of experience in event management. - Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Postgraduate. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in planning and executing various events, preferably in the technology industry. - Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities. - Familiarity with event management software and tools.
