Job Description

As the Manager of Wedding & Corporate Sales at The Raj Palace, your role is crucial in driving high-value business in luxury weddings and elite corporate segments. Your responsibilities include: - Wedding Sales: - Handling end-to-end sales cycle for destination weddings and luxury social events. - Building and maintaining relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, and HNI families. - Conducting detailed site visits, presentations, and personalized consultations. - Preparing custom proposals and negotiating contracts in line with client expectations and profitability targets. - Liaising with operations and vendors for flawless wedding execution. - Corporate Sales: - Developing and nurturing relationships with premium corporate clients, luxury MICE agents, and event organizers. - Promoting The Raj Palace as an ideal venue for board meetings, incentives, leadership retreats, product launches, and brand activations. - Driving room and banquet sales through targeted outreach in key metros. - Customizing corporate packages and offerings in coordination with the reservations and F&B teams. - General Sales Management: - Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets for both wedding and corporate segments. - Representing The Raj Palace at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings. - Maintaining detailed CRM records and reporting regularly on pipeline status and conversions. - Collaborating with marketing to develop segment-specific campaigns and promotional content. - Staying updated with market trends and competitors in both luxury wedding and corporate hospitality spaces. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or Event Planning. MBA preferred. - 5-8 years of experience in sales roles within luxury hotels or event companies. - Prior experience in managing both weddings and corporate accounts is essential. - Proficiency in CRM tools and event sales workflows.
