Manager Engineering/Maintenance

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role involves providing strong technical support to front-line technicians for complex equipment problems, maintenance activities, and process control. You will lead Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify equipment impact breakdown faults, repeatable faults, and quality & food safety issues caused by equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing an efficient and effective PM system, including planning & development, scheduling, review & summary, and updating to a living system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with financial reporting and controls - Minimizing Annual Maintenance Contracts by transitioning to in-house maintenance through developing people - Developing plans to optimize spends by conducting proper spend analysis on a monthly & yearly basis - Developing & maintaining Operational SOPs & Troubleshooting manuals for WWTP, WTP & other plant equipment - Drafting & implementing a roadmap aligned with PGCS Support center guidelines - Complying with PGCS Maintenance Strategy and ensuring a complete reliability program is in place for equipment availability and spares - Incorporating best practices in reliability - Ensuring Maintenance & Operations practices & Facility are world-class to meet audit requirements - Demonstrating a "Fix it Forever" approach in maintenance practices - Ensuring the upkeep of Plant & Machinery through Preventive, Predictive & time-based monitoring - Tracking Equipment Availability monthly and ensuring proper health through maintenance procedures - Evaluating installed capacity crunch and developing a Utility Master Plan for future growth - Compliance with plant Quality management systems like ISO and HACCP - Plant readiness for Quality Audits like AIBI & BQA - Continuously improving Sustainability measures through the evaluation & implementation of new technologies Qualifications required for this role: - BS/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering - 5-6 years of experience Please note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
