Manager Engineering/Maintenance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing strong technical support to front-line technicians for complex equipment problems, maintenance activities, and process control. Additionally, you will lead Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify equipment impact breakdown faults, repeatable faults, and quality & food safety issues caused by equipment. Your role will involve organizing the PM system efficiently, which includes planning & development, scheduling, review & summary, and updating to the living system. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with financial reporting and controls - Minimize Annual Maintenance Contracts by transitioning to in-house maintenance through developing people - Develop plans to optimize spends by conducting proper spend analysis on a monthly & yearly basis - Develop & maintain Operational SOPs & Troubleshooting manuals for WWTP, WTP & other plant equipment - Draft & implement a roadmap aligned with PGCS Support center guidelines - Comply with PGCS Maintenance Strategy, establish a complete reliability program for equipment and spares availability - Incorporate best practices in reliability - Maintain world-class Maintenance & Operations practices & Facility to face any day AIBI audit & other regulatory & PWF driven audits - Demonstrate a Fix it Forever approach in maintenance practices - Ensure the upkeep of Plant & Machinery through laid down Preventive, Predictive & time-based monitoring - Track Equipment Availability monthly & ensure proper health through Preventive, Predictive & Shutdown procedures - Evaluate installed capacity crunch aligning with future growth & develop a rolling annual Utility Master Plan to de-bottleneck capacity - Comply with plant Quality management systems such as ISO and HACCP - Ensure plant readiness for Quality Audits like AIBI & BQA - Continuously improve Sustainability measures by evaluating & implementing new & best technologies available Qualifications: - BS/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering - Minimum 5-6 years of experience ,
