Manager, Engineering - Java fullstack

The Technical Manager (Quanum ECS) will be a part of the Quanum ECS development team responsible designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Quanum ECS product. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of new features and capabilities. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that
meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of complex web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices to help drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical strategies, prioritize features, and establish product roadmaps

Quality:

• Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase
• Collaborate with QA/QE teams to implement robust testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Quanum ECS product

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and implementation guides
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the team to promote continuous learning and skill development
