Job Description

Role Overview:

Active Directory Security, IAM/PAM,

This is a hands-on leadership role, managing multiple customer projects and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers delivering and supporting endpoint and identity security solutions across multiple customer environments.( min 4-5 Years in team management 4-5 people)
  • Drive deployment, configuration, and optimization of solutions including

    DLP, EDR/XDR, Encryption, Active Directory Security, IAM/PAM, DNS Security,

    and Windows Server Hardening. (Self deployment or by the team- someone from service delivery or OEM ; Internal IT team management)
  • Oversee implementation and support of DLP (Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, Microsoft Purview) and EDR/XDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, Zero
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration baselines, and documentation for deployed solutions. Must
  • Coordinate with OEMs and partners for escalations, patches, updates, and certification renewals.
  • Conduct technical assessments and remediation activities for endpoint and identity security systems.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction through strong technical governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 812 years of experience in IT/security implementation and support, including at least 3 years in team leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DLP (Forcepoint, Symantec, Microsoft, McAfee), EDR/XDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender, Trend Micro), Encryption, and Active Directory Hardening.
  • Practical expertise in IAM/PAM (CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD, BeyondTrust) and DNS security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Windows Server Security, endpoint hardening, and patch management.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with MSSP or IT service delivery environments preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, Microsoft Security Administrator, CrowdStrike CCFA, CyberArk Defender, or Forcepoint DLP Specialist will be an advantage.
