Employment & Training Manager Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance employment opportunities. • Collaborate with industries, employers, and placement agencies. • Oversee training program design, delivery, and outcome tracking. • Guide trainers and assess the effectiveness of skill training and programs. • Manage alumni tracking and post-training support.
