Develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety policies and procedures for the Solar PV Module Manufacturing Plant.
* Conduct risk assessments and identify potential environmental and safety hazards, providing recommendations for preventive measures.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain proper waste management, pollution control, and emergency response systems.
* Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators, such as waste generation, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy consumption.
* Develop and implement training programs to raise employee awareness of environmental health and safety practices and regulations.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential environmental and safety issues and ensure adherence to established protocols.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Coordinate with relevant regulatory agencies to ensure timely reporting, permit renewals, and compliance with applicable laws.
* Stay up to date with emerging environmental health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Continuously promote a culture of sustainability, environmental responsibility, and safety across the organization.
