Roles and Responsibilities : Application Engineering and Sales Process Develop solutions that meet customer needs while upselling relevant products or services. Select the appropriate Armstrong product solutions using product selection tools, ensuring the proposal is clear, high-quality, and tailored to the customers requirements. Ensure that the sales process is consistently followed when developing value propositions and solutions, with a focus on upselling relevant opportunities. Customer Engagement and Meetings Participate in customer meetings across India, including value/savings articulation, Building Life Cycle Performance (BLCP) solution presentations, both face to face and virtual. Work closely with sales managers and field teams to ensure timely customer engagement, focusing on design and application discussions at crucial decision-making points in the customer buying process. Technical Evaluation and Proposal Support Learn to evaluate customer specifications, read schematic drawings and P&ID to determine the best Armstrong solution for optimizing HVAC plantroom efficiency. Participate in customer dialogue, contributing to solution development, tender clarification, and articulating the benefits of Armstrongs products to help secure business. Team Collaboration and Development Promote teamwork by working closely with other departments for cross-functional jobs, providing valuable feedback to enhance our operations and help ensure on time services to our customers. What Were Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring: University Degree or equivalent, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering background Knowledge on HVAC&R application and systems will be an advantage. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently through clear presentation and interpersonal communication.
