Manager - E Commerce For Keventer Agro Limited

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager E Commerce

Division: Frozen

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Achieving sales targets and growth objectives across e-commerce.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Managing ecommerce accounts and building strong relationships with retailers and online partners.

• E-commerce Management:

• Coordination with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and other online platforms.
• Monitoring daily sales out from each platform.
• Managing marketing activities on the platform to increase sales out.
• Optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Driving traffic to online platforms through marketing and promotional activities.
• Analyzing sales data and online trends to identify opportunities for growth.

• Customer Experience:

• Addressing customer feedback and resolving issues related to orders and product delivery.

• Operations & Supply Chain:

• Coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitoring and managing operational SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

• Team Management & Collaboration:

• Managing and leading teams involved in e-commerce and Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service.

• E-commerce Expertise:

Experience with online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies.

• Sales & Business Development:

Proven ability to drive sales, develop business relationships, and achieve targets.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive growth.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Technical Skills:

Understanding and exposure to Digital Marketing.

Required Candidate profile

Overall 8 -10 Years experience in E Comm

Minimum 3 Years of experience in directly handling E Comm Accounts.

Industry preference: Ice-cream / Frozen/ Foods/ FMCG
