Job Description – Manager / Dy. Manager (Quality – ERW / Tube Mill Division)

Location: Bhachau, Gujarat
Department: Quality – Metallurgy / Tube Mill Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Quality Head in managing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the ERW / Tube Mill Division.
• Conduct in-process, stage-wise, and final product inspections to ensure adherence to customer and process specifications.
• Maintain records for testing, calibration, and compliance as per industry and ISO standards.
• Ensure consistent quality control across CRW / Galvanization / CDW / ERW Tube Mill / Pipe Industry processes.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for defect analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, inspection summaries, and audit documentation.
• Participate in customer audits, technical reviews, and complaint resolution processes.
• Support implementation of ISO / BIS / internal quality systems and process improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of ERW / Tube Mill / Pipe Manufacturing processes and quality parameters.
• Practical experience in Metallurgical Testing, NDT, and Mechanical Inspection Techniques.
• Knowledge of Quality Tools – 7QC, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, CAPA, and Process Audits.
• Hands-on experience in documentation, calibration, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team coordination skills.
