Your role as a Portfolio Manager will involve managing and controlling delinquent accounts in the two-wheeler loan portfolio across Bucket 1, 2, and 3. It will be essential to monitor overdue accounts closely to prevent roll-forward to higher buckets. Analyzing delinquency trends and implementing corrective actions will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Portfolio Management - Manage and control delinquent accounts in the two-wheeler loan portfolio. - Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up. - Analyze delinquency trends and implement corrective actions. - Customer Contact & Field Collections - Conduct customer interactions through calls, reminders, and field visits. - Provide guidance on NACH/cheque replacement, restructuring, and settlement as per policy. - Agency & Field Team Coordination - Handle collection agencies and allocate cases to field executives. - Train, motivate, and monitor agencies for productivity and compliance. - Ensure timely resolution of field constraints and escalations. - Compliance & Documentation - Ensure collections follow RBI/Fair Practice Code and company compliance standards. - Prohibit the use of coercive or unethical collection practices. - Performance & Reporting - Achieve monthly collection targets, resolution rates, and roll-back goals. - Provide MIS reports on portfolio health, agency performance, and risk observations. - Highlight irregular patterns, fraud indicators, and field feedback. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - 2-6 years of experience in retail asset collections, preferably two-wheeler loans. - Experience in managing early-stage delinquency buckets (B1B3).
