Job Description

Managing sales, business development, and account management activities.
Preparing and implementing the annual marketing plan and budget, with detailed breakdowns by product and customer.
Setting monthly sales targets and monitoring performance against these goals.
Ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue.
Planning product strategies for Prime and Niche Molecules to secure market share in the target region.
Identifying new opportunities in Pipeline Molecules with key accounts, national and regional players, and dossier development companies; maximizing lead conversions and tracking progress continuously.
Supporting and facilitating the development and promotion of new molecules to generic players, dossier developers, and national players through various channels including electronic media, customer visits, and trade fairs.
Planning business expansion and formulating strategic business plans (SBP) for target markets and customers.
Identifying and analysing new markets, customers, and channels within the India region to foster business growth and increase wallet share with existing key accounts.

Ensuring timely realization of monthly collection targets with minimal overdue outstanding amounts.
