Role Overview:

Manager – DM, ETP & Boiler

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance:

Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of DM Plant, ETP, Boilers (IBR and non-IBR), cooling towers, air compressors, and other utility systems.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for utilities to minimize downtime.
Monitor equipment performance, process parameters, and take timely corrective actions in case of deviations.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and pollution control norms for ETP operations.
Maintain all documentation and logbooks as per statutory and internal audit requirements.
Implement safety protocols and standards in all maintenance and utility operations.

Technical Supervision:

Lead and guide a team of utility technicians and maintenance personnel.
Troubleshoot issues in water treatment systems, pumps, valves, boilers, and piping systems.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for spares, services, and technical support.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain reports on daily operations, breakdown analysis, and utility performance.
Assist in preparing utility budgets, energy-saving initiatives, and cost optimization strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in the maintenance of DM Plants, ETP, Boilers, and utilities in a chemical or process plant.
Hands-on experience in IBR Boilers, ETP norms, water treatment, and utility systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, safety practices, and statutory compliance.
