Core Direct Tax Role & responsibilities:

Corporate Tax compliance services:

• Assist in preparing and filing corporate income tax return.
• Assist in computing monthly withholding tax liability, preparation and filing of quarterly withholding tax statements.
• Assist in preparing lower withholding tax application.

Corporate Tax advisory services:

• -Judicial analysis
• -Analysis withholding tax implications arising out of the proposed transactions
• -Contract review from a direct tax perspective.

Corporate tax litigation services:

• Assist in preparing objections to be filed with DRP, appeal before the CIT (A) and proceedings.
• Assist in preparing appeal to be filed before ITAT and proceedings.
• Assist in preparing application to be filed before authority of advance ruling.
• Assist in preparing submissions for penalty proceedings, stay proceedings and TDS prosecution proceedings.
• Assist in appearing before tax officer during assessment and re-assessment proceedings.
