Overview Of The ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced

Digital Program Manager

with a solid technical foundation in Java/.NET development, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end digital delivery programs
  • Drive governance, reporting, and proactive risk mitigation
  • Act as the key liaison for client-side stakeholder management
  • Track KPIs and delivery metrics; implement corrective actions when required
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and tech best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • 12+ years in the IT industry with a strong delivery background
  • 5+ years of proven experience in program management
  • Hands-on knowledge in Java/.NET, Microservices, and DevOps ecosystems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing large-scale delivery programs in digital domains
