Assisting Technical Manager in Quality Control & Technical Aspects should be qualified M. Tech / B.Tech (Rubber Technology) from a reputed institute.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee technical operations and quality control processes within the organization.Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor and evaluate production processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans for quality issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and product optimization.
Preferably in Rubber / Tyre / Automotive Industry.
