Qualifications Required: - Top-notch problem-solving skills to understand complex variables for various credit models. - Proficiency in data modelling and predictive analytics. - Ability to set-up strategies and standards for Modelling, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and analytics professionals. - Previous work experience in credit underwriting, fraud prevention, and risk modeling is advantageous. - Strong learning abilities and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. - Excellent team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.,
