Manager Data Science

As an experienced data scientist at Abbott Healthcare in Mumbai, your role will involve leading the design and development of advanced analytical solutions. You will transform large data into meaningful business insights, either independently or by collaborating with junior team members. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting and managing analysis and modeling to deliver AI/ML solutions - Communicating results to senior stakeholders - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business problems - Framing project outlines based on available data and systems - Building and presenting strong narratives to senior stakeholders regularly - Implementing and maintaining solution quality - Providing data and metrics compliant with business requirements - Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists to support their technical skills and career growth Your skills should include: - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Proficiency in SQL and Python for Data Science - Hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, Random forest, SVM, neural network) - Experience in building AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solutioning and delivering AI/ML solutions.
