Job Description

The Manager, Data Analytics and Insights Performance Marketing at Synchrony plays a crucial role in delivering business and organizational priorities by collaborating closely with US Performance Marketing stakeholders. As an Individual Contributor, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven solutions to address business challenges and provide actionable insights. Your role involves managing various Growth-Marketing projects and extended business initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder management, and product quality. Additionally, you will develop solution frameworks, create self-service dashboards, and drive projects that have a significant impact on the business, including AI use cases. Mentoring team members and enhancing their analytical and technical skills will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Growth-Marketing projects and business initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure effective communication, stakeholder management, and product quality. - Develop solution frameworks to address business requirements. - Create self-service dashboards for actionable business insights. - Propose and execute projects driving business impact, including AI use cases. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills. Required Skills/Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Analytics, preferably in Marketing or Agile, or equivalent experience. - Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau. - Understanding of AI applications and strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to interpret data and develop actionable plans. Desired Skills/Knowledge: - Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Campaign Execution Process. - Familiarity with Agile reporting, Operational Reporting, and Forecasting Techniques. - Experience in developing AI applications. - Knowledge of agile processes and a Master's degree in Statistics or Business Administration. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Analytics, preferably in Marketing or Agile. - Enhanced Flexibility and Choice in work timings. - Availability between 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM Eastern Time with flexibility for the remaining hours. - Internal applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria.
