  • Handle customer escalations and complaints, ensuring TAT compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Marketing, IT, etc.) for timely resolution.
  • Liaise with and monitor external contact centre / vendor performance.
  • Conduct training schedules and workshops for contact centre staff.
  • Carry out root-cause analysis to reduce recurring complaints.
  • Prepare and publish MIS reports and KPI dashboards for management.

  • Graduate with 8–9 years of experience in

    Customer Service Operations within NBFC / Financial Services / Lending / BFSI

  • Strong in MIS & Excel, complaint handling, stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
