Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead customer service teams. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance. Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered. Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and performance. Address and resolve service disruptions or crisis scenarios. Skills Required : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Minimum 4 years of experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
