Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions meet brand and campaign goals.
  • Research the clients industry and their audience (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
  • Write clear marketing copy/creative content in terms of pitch and post copies, case study content, etc., to promote the products/services.
  • Assist with business pitches to win new clients or projects.
  • Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts, taglines, and slogans that align with the clients marketing objectives.
  • Tailor your writing style to suit different brands, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to create integrated and impactful advertising campaigns.
  • Review and approve copy and creative materials to ensure they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Lead and inspire a team of creative strategists, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous growth and development.
  • Create and maintain a strong team culture and a feeling of belonging among the copywriters.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a creative strategist and copywriter, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be completely up-to-date and aware of all developments in your field, as well as fully updated with news or online trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • The organizational ability to manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Required skills: Copywriting, scriptwriting, proofreading, creative visualization, team management, campaign planning, blogging, webpage content writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
