? Manage and optimize international CPL campaigns (USA, UK, etc.) across platforms like Meta, BIGO,Taboola, etc.
? Execute media buying across multiple traffic sources to meet CPL and ROI targets.
? Handle advertiser relationships both direct clients and agencies in the ad tech space.
? Build and maintain supply-side partnerships (publishers, networks, etc.).
? Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust targeting, creatives, and bids to improve results.
? Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights based on data analytics.
? Stay updated on CPL market trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
? Ensure lead quality, compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and platform policies.
? Collaborate with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and tech integrations.
? Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategy planning for lead generation.
? 3+ years of experience in CPL performance marketing, ad tech, or lead generation.
? Proven track record managing international CPL campaigns (especially USA, UK, etc.).
? Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, BIGO, Taboola, Outbrain, and others.
? Strong knowledge of media buying, campaign setup, and optimization strategies.
? Experience working with both advertisers (agencies/direct clients) and supply partners.
? Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, etc.).
