Job Description

Assist Content Head to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the organizations goals, target audience, and brand identity.
Produce well-researched, compelling, and original content across various formats such as articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more.
Producing long-form, short-form content for our students after discussion with faculty to complement already existing published content and also to provide additional study material for our students
Identify, curate, and repurpose relevant content from external sources to supplement the organizations original content and provide value to the audience.
Review and edit content produced by the team, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting and distributing content effectively through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using metrics and data to drive improvements and optimize content strategies.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content and timely publication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and SEO, to align content initiatives with broader marketing objectives and maximize impact.
Taking interviews with Industry and Academia Influencers and other leaders in the ecosystem
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and curation, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the content strategy.
Supervise and mentor a team of content creators and curators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
