Manager Consumer Product

As a Senior Analyst in Product Management at TransUnion CIBIL, you will be an integral part of our innovative team working towards redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau in India. Your role will involve conceptualizing and launching new products, managing existing products within the Consumer Core Credit product vertical, and driving thought leadership through White Papers and User Groups. You will play a crucial role in successful planning and execution of new projects at TU CIBIL, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, project planning, business plan creation, and opportunity assessment of new products. Additionally, you will be involved in product research, competitive analysis, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and position the product in the market as a game-changer. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualization & launch of innovative new products within the Consumer Core Credit product vertical - Internal & external stakeholder management, especially with partners - Drive thought leadership through White Papers & User Groups - Successful planning and execution of new projects at TU CIBIL - Suggest and evaluate new product options to solve customer needs in the lending space - Create and track detailed project plans from requirement gathering to project launch stage - Ensure product launch timelines are met - Create business plans and opportunity assessments of new products - Define the product roadmap - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and position the product in the market Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Business Administration/ Analytics/ Product Management or a related field - Minimum 3+ years experience in a BFSI domain - At least 2+ years in product management function in the lending/credit vertical/fraud of a bank/credit institution OR at least 3+ years plus experience across diverse banking credit products with lending portfolio management OR work experience in consulting domain handling portfolio of banking clients Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
