Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding Peak margin, Quarterly settlement, MTF, CUSPA process to address queries/alerts from the Exchange. Additionally, you will handle audits mandated by NSE and BSE, implement the latest circulars issued by regulatory bodies, oversee compliance calendar preparation, manage on-site and off-site inspections, assist in new product launches, maintain monthly governance dashboard, liaise with exchanges and internal teams, and handle additional compliances like Segment Activation and Software approvals. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and address queries/alerts related to Peak margin, Quarterly settlement, MTF, CUSPA process from the Exchange - Handle audits mandated by NSE and BSE - Implement latest circulars from regulatory bodies and ensure compliance - Prepare and disseminate Compliance calendar to stakeholders - Manage On-site and Off-site Inspections of SEBI/stock exchanges - Assist in new product launches and process building - Maintain Monthly Governance Dashboard and discuss with Management - Liaise with Exchange and internal teams - Handle additional compliances like Segment Activation, Software approvals Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Peak margin, Quarterly settlement, MTF, CUSPA process - Knowledge of NSE and BSE audit processes - Familiarity with SEBI/Exchanges/Depositories/PFRDA regulations - Ability to manage Compliance Calendar effectively - Experience in handling SEBI/stock exchange inspections - Proficiency in building new products and processes - Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders - Knowledge of additional compliances like Segment Activation, Software approvals.,
